摘要
对RH株弓形虫在鼠体内无性生殖的不同时期分泌 /排泄蛋白 (E/S) ,采用SDS PAGE技术进行了研究 ,结果表明在无性生殖的不同时期E/S呈现动态的变化 ,P93出现于感染后第 1天 ,P72、P39.5、P30、P2 4.5、P2 3.5、P14.4出现于感染后第 2天 ,P45 .5、P43、P2 7出现于感染后第 3天 .
The E/S protein during Toxoplasma gondii's asexual proliferation in mice were studied with SDS PAGE technique. The result showed that the E/S varied according to the infection time. P93 existed in the first day, P72,P39.5,P30,P24.5?P23.5 and P14.4 existed in the second, and P45.5?P43?P27 existed in the third day.
