摘要
用苯肼羰基偶氮苯作显色剂,苯作萃取剂,721型分光光度计进行血清铜检测,方法简便,适合医院化验室使用。100例健康成人血清铜估计正常值为11.7～25.7μmol/L(74.9～165μg/dl)。
With diphenyl carbayone as developer and benzene as extracting oragent and model 721 spectrophotometer,it is simple and easy to measure human serum copper concentration,which is suitabe for hospital laboratories.The normal values in 100 subjects are between 74.9～165μg/dl (11.7～25.7μmol /L).
