摘要
介绍了石英晶体温度传感器的主要性能指标。分析了石英温度传感器非线性、频率不确定度、过热效应等因素对温度测量的影响。成功地研制了采用Y +5°切的石英晶体温度传感器的温度计 ,其温度分辨力达到 10 -4 ℃。
The characters of quartz crystal temperature sensor have been introduced.The influence on temperature measurement of the non-linearity,the fractional frequency uncertainty and the overheating effect of quartz temperature sensor have been analyzed.A quartz thermometer was successfully developed using a quartz temperature sensor with Y+5°-cut.Its temperature resolution reached as high as 10 -4 ?℃.
