摘要
分析了催化分馏塔顶循环回流泵叶轮腐蚀破坏原因。主要是占原油总量 40 %~ 60 %的常压重油中的硫易分解成H2 S的活性硫化物H2 S和R SH ,而发生介质化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、湿H2 S应力腐蚀或腐蚀疲劳以及剧烈汽蚀破坏。
The reason of corrosion failure for overhead circulating reflux pump blade of catalytic fractionating tower is analized.The main reason is the active sulfide such as H 2S and RSH,contained in atomospheric heavy oil that amount to 30%~40% of crued oil,occures chemical corrosion,wet H 2S stress corrosion,corrosion fatigue and serious cavitation.
