加工高硫原油常减压装置工艺设备防腐措施 被引量:8

CORROSION PROTECTION MEASURES FOR PROCESS EQUPMENT PROCESSING HIGH SULFUR CRUDE OIL IN ATMOSPHERIC VACUUM UNIT

摘要 介绍了镇海炼油化工股份有限公司第Ⅲ套常减压加工高硫原油时塔顶系统的腐蚀较严重,曾多次发生泄漏。分析其主要原因为:电脱盐合格率低;加工原油的劣质化;“三注”工艺落后。针对上述原因采取了以下工艺防腐措施:提高电脱盐合格率;改注油溶性缓蚀剂及有机胺;完善注水设施;严格控制常顶污水的pH值;应用在线监测技术;建立常顶离子防腐模型;成立防腐技术攻关小组等。这些措施实施后,取得了较好的防腐效果。 Since the third set of atmospheric vac- uum unit in Zhenhai Petrochemical Company Ltd.processes high sulfur crude oil,the over- head system of this unit has occurred several times of leakage because of its serious corrosion. The main causes of leakage analyzed in this arti- cle are:lower qualified rate of electric desalting, lower quality of crude oil processed and poor“three injection”process.According to the afore- said reasons,the process corrosion protection measures have been adopted,improve the quali- fied rate of electric desalting;inject oil-soluble inhibitor and organic nitrogenous;consummate water injection facility;strictly control pH value of waste water on the top of atmospheric unit; apply on-line monitoring technology;establish ion corrosion protection model on the top of at- mospheric unit and form a team to tackle corro- sion protection technology.After implementa- tion of these measures,better corrosion protec- tion effect has been obtained.
