摘要
提出了用分光光度法测定洗涤剂中的磷含量的方法 ,用孔雀绿 -钼酸铵作显示剂 ,在聚乙烯醇存在下 ,与磷在硫酸溶液中生成蓝绿色络合物 ,在最大吸收波长 6 4 5nm处 ,用 1cm比色皿于 72 1B型分光光度计上测得摩尔吸光系数为 7.99× 10 4L·mol-1·cm-1,磷浓度在 0~ 9μg/ 2 5mL范围内服从比尔定律 ,考察了 15种共存离子的干扰情况。用硝酸 -高氯酸混酸溶解试样 ,对洗洁精、洗衣粉、洗发露、香皂、洗浴液等洗涤剂样品中磷含量进行测定 ,加标回收率为 98.0 %~ 10 2 .5 %之间 ,相对标准偏差小于 3.12 % ,方法的精密度和准确性较好。
It was proposed to determine phosphorus content in detergents with spectrophotometric method. With the presence of poly, malachite green and molybdic was selected as the chromogenic reagent to form blue-green complex with phosphorus at sulphuric acid. The molar absorptivity is 7.99×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 645 nm, Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~9 μg/25 mL for phosphorus. The interference of 15 kinds of metallic ions was observed with the mixture of HNO 3 and HClO 4 as the selvent to resolve the sample. The content of phosphorus in detergents was determined directly by this method with a relative standard deviation of less than 3.12%. The recoveries are 98.0%~102.5%. The method is perfect in both precision and accuracy.
