摘要
本文提出用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法同时测定人发中的磷，将为进一步研究磷对人体的生长、发育影响提供准确、快速的分析方法。
A useful ICP AES method for the determination of microelements P,Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca,Mg,Pb,Mn and Al in hair is described.The JY38 spectrometer in the JY70PⅡ ICP AES system,equipped with a 3 600 g/mm holographic diffraction grating(1 m focal length)was used for the determination of phosphorus.The detection limit value (at 3 standard deviations of background)for spectral line 213 618 nm is 0 022 μg·mL -1 .
