摘要
目的 探讨弓形虫感染与脑出血的相关性。方法 采用ELISA方法 ,对 4 3例急性脑出血患者 (脑出血组 )和5 1例非神经系统疾病患者 (对照组 )于起病 1周内静脉采血 3mL ,取血清进行弓形虫循环抗原 (CAg)及弓形虫抗体IgM、IgG的定性检测 ,统计阳性例数 ,进行统计分析 ,做脑出血组与对照组、健康人群的比较。结果 脑出血组弓形虫CAg阳性率为2 3 2 6 % (10 / 4 3) ,对照组弓形虫CAg阳性率为 7 84 % (4/ 5 1) ,两组间有显著差异 (χ2 =4 39,P <0 0 5 )。脑出血组弓形虫抗体IgM阳性率为 18 6 0 % (8/ 4 3) ,对照组弓形虫抗体阳性率为 5 88% (3/ 5 1) ,两组间有显著差异 (χ2 =3 86 ,P <0 0 5 )。脑出血组弓形虫抗体IgG阳性率为 34 88% (15 / 4 3) ,对照组弓形虫抗体阳性率为 15 6 9% (8/ 5 1) ,两组间有显著差异 (χ2 =4 6 4 ,P <0 0 5 )。脑出血组男女患者间弓形虫CAg、IgM、IgG阳性率无显著差异。中青年脑出血患者弓形虫CAg、IgM阳性率明显高于老年患者。结论 弓形虫感染与脑出血存在相关性 ,弓形虫感染可能是脑出血的病因之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between the acute cerebral hemorrhage and the toxoplasma infection Methods The blood examples of 43 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (cerebral hemorrhage group)and 51 patients without central nervous system disease(control group),who had presented the symptoms of the diseases for a week,were tested by ELISA to determine he existence of the circulating antigen(CAg)of toxoplasma and antibody IgM?IgG of toxoplasma and the condition of patients with positive results was added up and analyzed statistically under the condition of dividing the patients into three groups(cerebral hemorrhage group,control group and normal group) Results The rate of positive results of toxoplasma CAg in cerebral hemorrhage group was 23 26%(10/43)and that in control group was 7 84%(4/51)and there is a significant difference between the two groups(χ 2=4 39,P<0 05) The rate of positive results of toxoplasma IgM antibody in cerebral hemorrhage group was 18 60%(8/43)and that in control group was 5 88%(3/51)and also there is a significant difference between the two groups(χ 2=3 86,P<0 05) The rate of positive results of toxoplasma IgG antibody in cerebral hemorrhage group was 34 88%(15/43)and that in control group was 15 69(8/51)and also there is a significant difference between the two groups(χ 2=4 64,P<0 05) Among the cerebral hemorrhage group,there doesn't appear a significant difference in CAg?IgM and IgG between males and females while the rate of positive results of CAg and IgM in adult patients is much higher than in aged patients Conclusion The toxoplasma infection has a correlation to cerebral hemorrhage and might be one of the reasons for cerebral hemorrhage
