摘要
目的探讨弓形虫感染对脑梗死患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达水平的影响。方法应用ELISA方法,对312例脑梗死患者和307例健康对照者进行弓形虫循环抗原CAg,弓形虫抗体IgM、IgG的定性检测及血清MCP-1表达水平测定。结果弓形虫感染的早期,脑梗死患者血清中MCP-1水平增高,经Mann-WhitneyU检验,P<0.05,统计学上有显著性意义。结论弓形虫感染的早期可致脑梗死患者血清MCP-1表达水平增高。
Objective To investigate the relationship of toxoplasma infection and the serum level of MCP- 1 in patients with Cerebral Infarction （CT）. Methods The existence of the circulating antigen （CAg） and antibody IgM、IgG of toxoplasma and level of MCP-1 in serum was tested by ELISA in 312 patients with CI and 307 normal controls. Results There is a higher expression of MCP- 1 in patients with CI in the early stage of toxoplasma infection （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The early stage of toxoplasma infection may be able to cause a higher expression of MCP - 1 in patients with CI.
