摘要
目的 :探索腹腔镜外科在部队基层医院的应用。方法 :自 1993年 5月～ 2 0 0 0年 5月共开展 2 8种术式 ,5 !736例腹腔镜手术 ,术式包括 :LC、LAVH、LC +LAVH +LA等和 5 4例联合手术。结果 :治愈 5 !72 7例 ,发生严重并发症 41例 ,即刻中转开腹手术 48例 ,术后再次开腹手术 5例 ,死亡 3例。结论 :结合我国国情和自身特点 ,在基层医院开展腹腔镜外科手术 ,有着良好的发展前景。
Objective: In order to explore the application prospect of laparoscopic surgery in basic level hospital of the PLA. Methods: 5736 cases were treated by laparoscopic surgery. Twenty-eight methods such as LC, LAVH, LA, LC+LA, LC+LAVH+LA were used. Results: It proved to be sucessful in 5727 cases. Severe operative complications took place in 41 cases and 3 of them died. Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery has great prospect in basic level hospital in China.
