摘要
本文介绍了自1993年～1997年，作者采用MEBO治疗67例小面积非新鲜烧伤创面的经验。本文所说小面积创面是指小于15％体表面积的创面，而非新鲜创面是指伤后最短7天就诊治疗的创面。这些创面的共同特点的不洁净，多有脓苔或脓痂存在，或是已外用某些土方药物，个别的创面基底部已有皮岛生长等。我们的体会是MEBO具有迅速止痛、清除异物、滋润创面、祛腐生肌等优点，更值得在部队基层医院推广应用。
67 cases of small non-fresh burn were treated with MEBO. The burn areas wereless than 15%BSA. The wounds were treated with MEBO at more than 7 days post burn due todifferent reasons. The wounds were dirty with pus and crust- Some of the wounds had been treated with other medicaments and some had skin island grown in the basal parts. The authors concluded that MEBO had quick analgesic effect. It facilitated the removal of foreign substances,moisturized the wounds and promoted granulation. MEBO is worthy to be popularized to grassroot medical units.
