摘要
利用XRD ,TPR和活性评价等手段 ,研究了NiO/γ Al2 O3 催化剂的制备方法对CH4与CO2 转化制合成气催化活性的影响。在本实验条件下 ,采用浸渍法和焙烧温度为 4 0 0℃制备的NiO/γ Al2 O3 (NiO质量分数w =0 113)催化剂 ,在反应温度为 75 0℃和空速为 2 5 0 0h 1下 ,对CH4和CO2 重整反应会显示良好的催化活性。本文还对催化剂抗积炭性能作了初步讨论。
The effects of preparation techniques on activity of NiO/γ Al 2O 3 catalysts in CO 2 reforming of methane to syngas were studied by XRD,TRP and activity evaluated.At present experimental conditions,the 11 3wt% NiO/γ Al 2O 3 catalyst,prepared by impregnation and calcining at 400℃,showed excellent activity in the reaction at 750℃ and space velocity 2500h 1 .The resistance to carbon deposition for the catalyst was preliminarily discussed in this paper,too.
