摘要
观察了在 15 ,2 0 ,2 3,2 5 ,2 8,30 ,32 ,35℃ 8组温度下黄瓜钝绥螨从卵到成虫的各虫态生长发育状况 .应用王如松等模型拟合各虫态的发育速率和温度的关系 .得到黄瓜钝绥螨卵、第一若螨及整个世代的最低临界、最适和最高临界发育温度分别为 10 .0 0 ,2 4 .98,35 .96℃ ;10 .0 0 ,2 4 .83,34.75℃和 10 .0 0 ,2 4 .97,34.
The growth of each developmental stage of Amblyseius cucumeris , with Tetranychus cinnabarinus as its prey, were observed under 15,20,23,25,28,30,32,35℃. The relational model proposed by Wang Rusong et al . (1982) was fitted with the observed data to understand the relationship between the developmental rate and temperature. The threshold temperature, optimum temperature and the lowest lethal temperature are 10.00, 24.98, 35.96 ℃ for egg of A. Cucumeris . 10.00, 24.83, 34.74 ℃ for protonymph. And 10.00, 24.97, 34.90 ℃ for the whole generation.
