摘要
介绍了振动轮式微机械陀螺仪的工作原理 ,给出了振动轮式微机械陀螺仪的结构示意图和工作原理图 .利用刚体转动的欧拉动力学方程 ,通过严格的力学分析和严密的数学验算推导了振动轮式微机械陀螺仪的一个数学模型 ,并对数学模型进行了简化 ,得到了近似解 .
In this paper, the work principle of the micromachined vibratory wheel gyroscopes is introduced, the sketch of the structure and the figure of the work principle of the micromachined vibratory wheel gyroscopes is given. A mathematical model has been established for the micromachined vibratory wheel gyroscopes using Euler's dynamics equation. The mathematical model is then simplified and a approximate solution is obtained. Finally, the fundamental work law of the micromachined vibratory wheel gyroscopes is analysed using the approximate solution.
