摘要
为了解武汉市医疗垃圾处理现状,为制定相应的对策和应急预案提供依据,对武汉市不同规模、不同性质的30所医院进行了医疗垃圾处理相关情况的调查。发现:(1)各医院对医疗垃圾处理的重视程度普通有所提高,但不同性质、规模的医院之间存在差异;(2)大型综合性医院、中型综合性医院、小型综合性医院、企业职工医院、专科医院平均每床日产生医疗垃圾量分别为0.49kg、0.53kg、0.55kg、0.46kg、0.83kg;不同性质、规模的医院平均每日产生的医疗垃圾量有显著性差异,但每日每床产生的医疗垃圾量没有显著差异;(3)医院每日产生的医疗垃圾量与医院病床数、病床使用率有密切相关关系,与年出院人次有密切相关关系;(4)不同性质、规模的医院对医疗垃圾的收集、储存和处理方式有显著差异。针对调查中发现的在医用垃圾管理、收集、储存、运输、处理方面存在的问题提出了建议。
In order to find out the current situation of the medical garbage disposal in Wuhan, and to provide information for establshing countermeasures and urgent scheme, an investigation was conducted in 30 hospitals in Wuhan on the disposal of medical garbage and related information. The result indicated that the hospitals began to pay much more attention to the medical garbage disposal. But in the hospitals of different kinds or different siae, there existed difference. The garbage disposal. But in the hospitals of different kinds or different size, there existed difference. The garbage production per day per bed of large comprehensive hospitals, middle size comprehensive hospitals, mini size comprehensive hospital, the hospitals of enterprise and specialized hospitals is 0. 49 kilogram, 0. 53 kilogram, 0. 55 kilogram, 0. 46 kilogram, and 0. 83 kilogram respectively. And the diflerence between the daily medical garbage production in the hospitals of different kinds and different size was significant, while the difference between the garbage production per day per bed was insignificant. The daily garbage production was closely correlated with the number of beds, and the use rate of the beds. Tehe hospitals of different kinds and different size used different way to collect, preserve and dispose the medical garbage, and the difference was also significant. Some advice is provided according to the existing problems on the management, collection, preservation, transportation , and disposal of medical garbage that have been found out by this investigation.
