摘要
用非等温热重分析法对医疗废物中几种有机物的热解气化行为进行研究。热解气化要经历4个阶段,分析了不同升温速率(10~50 ℃/min)、不同气氛(N2、空气)和空气流量(30~110 mL/min)对热解气化特性的影响,发现升温速率的增加使得TG和DTG曲线向高温方向偏移,空气气氛下更有利于有机物的热解处理,在30 mL/min以上的气体流量对热解气化特性没有显著影响。
Pyrolysis-gasification characteristics were studied using thermogravimetric analysis. The non-isothermal weight-loss process of organic substance consists of four parts. Following results are shown, with investigation of the effects of heating speed (10~50 ℃/min), atmosphere (N2, air) and air flux (30~110 mL/min) on pyrolysis-gasification characteristics. As increasing of heating speed, TG & DTG curves shift to higher temperature. Air atmosphere is more advantageous to pyrolysis of organic substance than N2 atmosphere. The effect of air flux on pyrolysis-gasification characteristics is not remarkable when it is over 30 mL/min.
