摘要
目的:探求面中部多发性骨折后重建其外形与功能的有效治疗方法。方法:对1995年至2000年间所收治的37例利用正颌外科技术治疗面中1/3陈旧性颌骨骨折的病例作了回顾性研究,通过影像学和临床检查,评估利用该技术治疗面中1/3陈旧性颌骨骨折的疗效。结果:患者均对术后面形的改善及咬合关系的恢复感到满意。结论:利用正颌外科技术辅助传统的截骨术和植骨术能明显地改善面中部颌骨骨折后错位愈合所引起的面部畸形和咬合紊乱。
Objective:To investigate the treatment for fra ctures of facial bones,and to correc t maxillofacial deformitied resulted from mid -third facial malunion.Methods :The retrospective clinical study of37cases of mid -third facial posttra uma treated by orthog-nathic surgical techniques during a 5years period from 1995-2000was performed.Radiography and clinical examination were used to evaluate occlusion and facial symme try.Results:The postoperative clinical results showed that all cases were satisfied with preferment of face,correction of occlusion and recovery of jaw function.Conclusion:The mid -third facial malunion cause d by maxillofacial posttrauma,and secondary facial deformity and malocclusion were treated more favorably and effectively wi th orthognathic surgical techniques.
