摘要 目的基于个人计算机实现三维颅颌面硬组织手术预测和模拟,在颌面部陈旧性骨折的治疗中发挥重要作用。方法系统以Windows98为操作平台,采用医学三维可视化技术和VisualC++6.0编程语言,采集患者术前CT原始资料,对6例陈旧性骨折患者进行硬组织模型的三维重建以及测量、分析,采用交互方式进行手术模拟,确定手术结果。结果该系统成功地为6例颌面部陈旧性骨折错位愈合的患者提供术前诊断和制定定量化的手术方案提供参考。结论该系统的建立将为提高陈旧性骨折临床诊断和治疗水平,促进医患的交流与合作发挥作用。 Objective To investigate the application of computer-assisted three dimensional planning and simulation system for orthognathic surgery in the treatment of old maxillafacial fracture. Methods On the basis of Windows 98, the three dimensional simulation system was set up by 3-D visualization technique and VisualC^++ 6.0. The imaging information of six old maxillafacial fracture cases was collected, and the dimensional surgical planning and simulation was preformed by the system. Results The orthognathic osteotomies of the six cases were performed in our system interactively and the clinical results were satisfactory. Conclusion The system can be used to raise the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of old maxillafacial fracture, and promote the communication and cooperation between patients and doctors.
