沸水烫伤后大鼠心、肝组织Na^+,K^+-ATPase和Ca^(2+)-ATPase活性变化及三七保护作用探讨 被引量:3

ACTIVITY CHANGES OF Na^+,K^+-ATPase and Ca^(2+)-ATPase IN TISSUES OF EBULLITION WATER SCALDED RAT

摘要 目的 :观察严重烫伤后大鼠心、肝组织Na+ 、K+ -ATPase和Ca2 + -ATPase活性变化及三七的保护作用。方法 :采用健康Wistar大鼠制作 40 %TBSAⅢ度烫伤模型 ,在伤后 4h、8h、2 4h和 48h取心和肝组织匀浆 ,用比色法测定Na+ 、K+ -ATPase和Ca2 + -ATPase活性变化。结果 :单烫伤组大鼠心肌组织Na+ 、K+ -ATPase在伤后 4h酶活性稍有升高 ,心、肝组织Na+ 、K+ -ATPase和Ca2 + -ATPase活性均进行下降 ,伤后48h达最低点。治疗组大鼠心和肝组织Na+ 、K+ -ATPase和Ca2 + -ATPase活性均进行性增加。结论 :Na+ 、K+ -ATPase和Ca2 + -ATPase分布存在组织的特异性 ,严重烫伤对远隔重要生命器官心和肝有损害作用 。 Objective:To determine the activity changes of Na +?K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase in ebullition water scalded rat tissues and the protective effect of panax notoginseng. Methods: We made 40% TBSA Ⅲ degree empyrosis model of wistar rat. The Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase activity of heart and liver tissues were measured by chromatometry respectively in 4h,8h,24h and 48h. Results: The results showed that Na +,K +-ATPase activity in the cardiac tissue was slightly higher while Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase activity in the heart and liver tissues decreased progressively and reached the lowest in 48 hours in the single scalded group.In the other side, the activity of Na +?K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase in heart and liver tissues increased progressively in the treated group. Conclusions:It is concluded that there is tissue specificity in the distribution of Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase. The empyrosis does harm to remote vital organs such as the heart and liver while panax notoginseng has protective effect on the empyrosis.
