摘要
对牛口峪水库石化污水回用于循环冷却水进行了动态模拟试验研究 ,确定了试验方案和工艺条件。试验证明 ,筛选的水处理药剂YA 或YB 水处理效果明显 ,浓缩倍数可控制在 2 .0～ 2 .5倍 ,碳钢试管的各项指标分别达到中石化标准的“可以允许”级和“好”级 ,优于国家标准GB5 0 0 5 0— 1995的规定 ,同时未发现不锈钢有孔蚀。另外 ,加大杀生剂的投加量和使用广谱灭菌器可以抑制微生物的危害 ,但由于循环水中的浊度、悬浮物较大 。
Dynamic simulated tests are made for petrochemical sewage in Niukouyu Reservoir reused for circulating cooling water system. The results show that combined inhibitors Y A or Y B are excellent corrosion and scale inhibitors,and reach the petrochemical standard and better than national standard GB50050-1995. On the other hand, Biocide and broadspectrum sterilizer can restrain microbial damages.
