摘要
为达到石化企业污水回用于循环水系统的目的,对石化污水来源、污水处理工艺、污水达标排放水质指标、循环水系统运行状况进行分析,阐述了工业污水中污染物对循环水系统的影响,推荐石化污水回用于循环水系统的处理工艺流程为曝气生物滤池+精密过滤+臭氧氧化+电吸附除盐,并提出石化污水回用于循环水系统的参考水质标准。该工艺可确保整套污水回用工程稳定运行,为企业实现节能减排最终目的提供技术支持,具有一定的推广意义。
This article illustrates the effect of contaminants in waste water on circulating water system by analyzing the quality of effluents from petrochemical waste water treatment plant,puts forward corresponding waste water recycling processes,and advances reference standards for the quality of petrochemical waste water to be reused in circulating water system,providing technical support for realizing the ultimate objective of energy conservation and emission reduction for enterprises.
