摘要
内压与轴向压力的合理匹配是管材轴压胀形成败的关键因素。本文利用数据采集与处理软件 DASYL ab实现了轴向压力基于内压的线性加载控制 。
The rational interrelation between the internal pressure and the axial compressive force plays an important role in the tube hydroforming. In this paper, based on data acquisition software DASYLab, a linear loading control strategy for free tube bulging under the internal pressure and the axial compression is proposed. In principle, this experimentally validated tactics is workable for more complex nonlinear loads matching control and will make a positive contribution towards experimentally optimizing the correlation between the internal pressure and the axial compressive force for the tube hydroforming process.
