摘要
首先介绍了液压胀形管件在汽车上的应用情况,然后针对其中较为复杂的一款钢质等径三通管,运用Dy-naForm5.2建立有限元模型,找出了合适的加载路径,进行了液压胀形仿真。结果表明,适当提高胀形压力和轴向进给速度,有缓解壁厚过度减薄、增大支管高度的作用。
In this paper,application state of hydroforming tubes in automobile was presented simply, for a more complex steel T-tube whose trunk and branch has same diameter, finite element model was built by DynaFormS.2, and simulation of the T-tube hydroforming was performed through finding an appropriate load path. The research results show that proper increment of hydroforming pressure and axial feed speed can decrease the thinning and increase the height of branch.
