摘要 以OV 5 116CMOS图像传感器为例 ,讨论了基于CMOS图像传感器的成像系统的电路设计方法及系统设计中应注意的问题 ;并通过对CMOS图像传感器外围电路的优化设计实现了成像系统的微型化和轻量化。 The characteristics and structure of CMOS image sensor are described. The design of micro-imaging system based on OV5116 CMOS image sensor is presented. The method of circuit design is discussed and the problems noticed are analyzed. The reduced size and light weight of imaging system are achieved by optimizing the outer circuit of CMOS image sensor.
