摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对牦牛、荷斯坦牛、F1(编牛)、F2(尕利巴牛)代杂种牛的血红蛋白多态性进行了研究,结果发现:1.青海荷斯坦牛的Hb电泳型呈多态性,而青海牦牛的Hb只呈现出单态;2.犏牛的Hb电泳型为多态,除表现双亲的Hb特征外,还出现了犏牛所特有的带型;3.尕利巴牛的Hb电泳型比较复杂,表现出了四种类型,除了表现亲本的Hb特征外,也出现了具新型Hb类型的个体;4.随着级进代数的增高,牦牛远缘杂种后代的Hb电泳型变化愈来愈复杂,有待进一步深入研究。
Hematoglobin protein polymorphisms in Yak, Holstein, F1, F2 individuals of Yak and yel-low cattle were investigated with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It was found that Holsteins in Qing-hai showed Hb polymorphism, Qinghai Yak showed homomorphism, F1 individuals showed Hb polymor-phism and some new special type compared to their parents. Electrophoresis type of F2 individuals, which became more complex with more grading generations, was more complex and had four types, it is neces-sary to illustrate them on more next works.
