摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对青海省的白唇鹿、马鹿和梅花鹿血红蛋白和运铁蛋白的多态性进行了比较研究。结果发现 :1白唇鹿的血红蛋白呈单一的 HBFS型 ,而马鹿和梅花鹿全部为 HBFF型 ;2白唇鹿的运铁蛋白存在 TFAA、TFAB和 TFBB三种表型 ,以 TFAA为优势表型 ;3马鹿和梅花鹿的运铁蛋白呈单一的
:The polymorphism of haemoglobin and transferrin of white lipped deers,red deer and sikas in Qinghai Province was comparatively studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results were as follows:(1)The phenotype of haemoglobin of the white lipped deers was a single HBFS type and that of the red deers and the sikas was a single HBFF type.(2)There were three phenotypes including TFAA,TFAB and TFBB on the transferrin locus of the White lipped deers,and the TFAA type was a preponderant phenotype (60%).(3)There was a single TFDD phenotype on the transferrin locus of the red deers and the sikas.
