淮南地区仓储环境孳生粉螨调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查仓储环境中粉螨孳生情况。方法将样本过筛后采用直接镜检和塔氏电热集螨法查其尘渣。结果从60种储藏物中分离出粉螨26种,隶属于7科19属,分别为粉螨属(Acarus)、食酪螨属(Tyrophagus)、向酪螨属(Tyrolichus)、嗜菌螨属(Mycetoglyphus)、食粉螨属(Aleuroglyphus)、嗜木螨属(Caloglyphus)、狭螨属(Thyreophagus)、皱皮螨属(Suidasia)、根螨属(Rhizoglyphus)、脂螨属(Lardoglyphus)、食甜螨属(Glycyphagus)、嗜鳞螨属(Lepidoglyphus)、澳食甜螨属(Austroglycyphagus)、无爪螨属(Blomia)、嗜渣螨属(Chortoglyphus)、果螨属(Carpoglyphus)、薄口螨属(Histiostoma)、嗜霉螨属(Euroglyphus)、尘螨属(Dermatophagoides)。600份标本的总体孳生率为83.2%,孳生密度差异较大,从2.7~326.3NO..g-1不等。结论储藏物中孳生的粉螨统属粉螨亚目(Acardida),种类较多,危害严重,应引起重视。 Objective To investigate Aearoid mites breeding in storage circumstance. Methods Each sample was sieved and detected acaroid mites with the methods of microscopic examination and Tullgren to extract mites. Results 26 species of aearoid mites were identified from 60 kinds of stored materials, which belonged to 19 genera, 7 families, including Acarus, Tyrophagus, Tyrolichus, Mycetoglyphus , Aleuroglyphus , Caloglyphus , Thyreophagus , Suidasia , Rhizoglyphus, Lardoglyphus, Glycyphagus , Lepidoglyphus , Austroglycyphagus , Blomia , Chortoglyphus , Carpoglyphus , I-tistiostoma , Euroglyphus and Dermatophagoldes. The total breeding rate of 600 samples was 83.2%. The density was significantly different. In the samples in which aearoid mites were detected the breeding density ranged from 2.7 NO·g^-1 to 326.3 NO·g^-1. Conclusion Aearoid mites breeding in the stored materials belong to Aeardida. More attention should be paid to aearoid mites breeding in storage circumstance.
