摘要
利用气相色谱法分别在黄河水和汾河水库水中检出 2 96和 2 4 1个色谱峰 ;利用色质联用技术分别在黄河水和汾河水库水中检出 74个和 95个质谱峰 ,并定性 5 6种和78种化合物 .采用化学物质的潜在危害指数法 ,筛选出 1 0种毒性较大的化合物 ,用气相色谱外标法给予了准确定量 .结果表明 ,邻苯二甲酸酯类、苯系物和多环芳烃是黄河水和汾河水库水中主要的有机污染物 ,其浓度大小的排列顺序为 :邻苯二甲酸酯类 >苯系物 >多环芳烃 .
Using the method of chromatography-mass spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry,the organic matters and heavy metals had been analyzed in the Fenher reservoir which have been made as the pool of Yellow river water transferred in Wanjiazhai Yellow river water transfer project.From 74 and 95 mass spectrum peaks in Yellow river water and Fenher water,56 and 78 kinds of organic compounds had been qualitative analysis separately,and 10 kinds of organic compounds which have been considered with stronger toxicity had been quantitative determined by the method of gas chronatography.The result showed that the main organic contaminants in Yellow river and Fenhe reservoir are o-phthalic acids,benzene series matters,and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.Among the 8 kinds of heavy metals and arsenide,Pb in Yellow river water and Fe in Fenher reservoir is not attained the national surface water quslity standards.
