摘要
本文通过调研介绍了我国食品冷藏链的现状 ,指出发展食品冷藏链的推动力和制约因素 。
This paper introduces the situantion of cold chain for foodstuff in China.Through investigation,some factors about promotion and restriction have been pointed out.Then,the prospect is discussed.
