摘要
通过定向凝固 液淬试验和金相定量分析 ,研究了二元ZA2 8.4合金的微观凝固特性。研究表明 :高铝锌合金的先共晶富铝相有二次形核现象 ,二次形核的倾向性随冷却速度的增大先增强后减弱 ;
With directional solidification liquid quenching and definite quantity analysis of metallographic, this paper studied the micro solidification characteristic of ZA28.4 alloy. The research is shown that pre eutectic aluminum rich phase of high aluminum ZA alloys form core secondarily. With the increasment of cooling rate ,the grain density of pre eutectic aluminum rich phase increases firstly and decreases secondly, the grain density of firstly forming phase and casting state increase gradually.
