摘要
采用定向凝固 液淬技术和金相定量分析 ,研究了铝的质量分数为 3 .0 %~ 2 8.4%的Zn Al二元合金先共晶固溶体相的析出规律。结果表明 ,先共晶富锌相和先共晶富铝相都具有瞬时形核特点 ,但生长规律不同。先共晶富锌 η相在形核后生长速度较快 ,随后逐渐减慢 ;先共晶富铝 β相或α相在形核后生长较慢 ,达到一定过冷度后迅速长大。β相除了通过包晶反应L +α→β依附于α相析出外 。
The nucleation and growth characteristics of pre eutectic solid solution phase in Zn Al alloys with aluminum content of w (Al)=3.0%~28.4% were studied with quantitative metallographic analysis of probes prepared by liquid quenching during the unidirectional solidification process. The results showed that both pre eutectic Zn rich phase and Al rich phase have the same features of instantaneous nucleation but have different characteristic growth. The pre eutectic Zn rich phase grows more rapidly after nucleation, and then more slowly while pre eutectic Al rich β and α phases do more slowly after nucleation and more rapidly with enough under cooling. The β phase not only grows on α phase by peritectic reaction of L+α→β, but also nucleates directly from the remainder liquid phase.
