房地产业与可持续发展问题紧密相关。处于粗放型发展阶段的我国房地产业,在合理开发和生态环境保护等方面,与可持续发展要求尚有差距。为此我国未来的房地产业必须在可持续发展战略引导下发展,积极探索一条符合我国国情的房地产业的可持续发展之路。
Real estate industry is closely related with the issue of sustainable development.Being on the stage of extensive development,real estate industry in our country has a long way to go for sustainable development in the aspects of moderate development and the protection of ecological environment.Thus real estate industry should actively explore a way of sustainable development in accordance with our country's situation under the guidance of sustainable development strategy.
