摘要
结合城市公共绿地的定义,分析了城市公共绿地建设与房地产业发展的内在联系,对公共绿地与房地产价格之间的关系进行了探讨,得出了相关结论并提出建议,最后指出了分析过程中存在的不足之处,以期指导实践。
Integrating with the definition of urban public green space,it analyzes internal links between urban public green space construction and real estate development,explores the relationship between public green space and real estate prices,achieves related conclusions,and then proposes recommendations.In the end,it points out shortcomings in the analysis process,so as to guide practice.
