摘要
应用流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收分光光度法对电池中的微量汞进行了测定.在酸性介质中,用硼氢化钾将汞离子还原为汞原子,用载气将汞蒸气导入石英吸收管,用原子吸收分光光度计在波长253.7nm处进行测定.该法操作简便快速,灵敏度高,选择性和重现性好.相对标准偏差±2%,标准加入回收率在96.33%~103.00%之间.
Micro amount mercury in battery was determined by flow injection hydride generation - atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Inacidic medium , Hg2+ was reduced to Hg by KBH4. The mecury vapor was carried into quartz absorption tube and detected by AAS at253.7nm. The method is simple to operate, rapid and sensitive, and has less interference, good selectivity and reproducibility. TheRSI) is±2% and the recovery is 96.33%-103.00%.
