摘要
利用数码像机作为图形输入设备,研制了凝胶电泳图象计算机分析系统。介绍了系统的基本原理和构成。给出了一例核酸凝胶电泳图象及其分析曲线。该系统具有精度和分辩率高,数据可靠,成本低等优点。
A computerized gel electrophoresis image analysis system was developed using digital camera as image acquisition device. The ba-sic principle and composition of the system are described. An example of gel electrophoresis image of nucleic acid and its analyticalcure are presented . The system features high accuracy, high resolution, reliable data and low cost.
