简要回顾了数控技术的发展历程 ,比较了第五、第六代数控技术的区别 ,讨论了现代数控技术中发展最为突出的两个方面 :高速加工和网络制造。在高速加工方面讨论了直线电动机的应用和适应高速加工的第六代数控系统 ;在网络制造方面讨论了互联网进入工厂。
The text briefly reviews the development history of NC technology, compares the difference between Generation-V and -VI NC technology, discusses two most outstanding aspects in development of modern NC technology: high speed machining and network manufacturing. For the former, application of linear motor and generation-VI NC system suitable for high speed machining are discussed; for the latter, entrance of Internet into factories and workshops as well as functions of generation-VI are discussed.
