摘要
介绍通用微型机(PC)与数控机床CNC系统之间通信的具体实现方法,完成数控加工程序的直接输入/输出。实践表明该方法具有理想的应用效果。
NC machining program input sometimes wasimplemented by punch tape in imported CNC systems.By the input mode, there are some disadvantages, suchas an expensive tape punching machine must be equiped, the lower program input speed and less reliable, especially for the workpieces with larger andcomplex surface to be machined. Through the use ofstandard interface RS-232C, replacing the tape reader/puncher with PC to implement directly input/output ofthe programs, so that the communication betweenCNC system and machine tool is realized. The practicsshowed that the mode is effective.
