摘要
热释电红外焦平面阵列是非致冷红外焦平面阵列的主要发展方向之一 ,其读出电路是关键部件 ,属数模混合集成电路。分析了热释电读出电路的特点 ,设计原则 。
The IR FPA for pyroelectric detectors is one of the most important research fields for uncooled IR FPA. Its readout circuit is a mixed analog to digital integrated circuit, and plays an important role in IR FPA. The paper analyzes the characters and gives design criteria of readout circuit for pyroelectric detector. In addition, a readout structure for pyroelecric IR FPA is propsed , and simulative and experimental results are gived.
