摘要
文章主要介绍了国内目前激光加工航空发动机涡轮叶片气膜孔的技术现状,通过脉冲YAG激光旋切加工小孔以及声光调QYAG激光扫描加工小孔两种工艺加工效果的对比,指出该技术目前存在的主要问题,并且通过总结国外在该技术领域的研究及应用现状,提出了今后激光加工小孔技术发展的方向。
This paper introduces the present state of laser drilling technology in turbine blades in China, it mainly compares two kinds of technologies of laser drilling - trepanning drilling assisted by high pressure oxygen with high power pulsed YAG laser and scanning drilling with low power acousto - optic Q - switched YAG laser. The existential problems are pointed out by discussing and analysing the different effects of the two drilling technologies. At last, the foreign present state of research and applications in this field are summed up and the developing direction of this technology is suggested.
