摘要
西方发达国家教育管理体制各有特色 ,分析西方大学校长和高级行政管理人员培训的模式、基本情况 ,从中得出几点启示 。
On the base of brief description of educational administration in developed countries, this article analyses their training models and contents of principals and higher education administrators, and draws some conclusions, which are being used as a reflection on China's model.
