摘要
在大学教育不断发展的同时,大学校长也在经历着从学术象征型到教学行政型,再到校务经营型的角色演变。当今社会,理想的大学校长应该具备综合的素质,实现多种角色的整合。在中国,影响大学校长角色定位最为关键的问题是能否处理好大学校长和党委之间的关系。
In college education, university headmaster also experiencing from academic symbol to teaching administration, then evolution to the role of school management. In today＇s society, the ideal university headmaster should have a comprehensive quality, realize the integration of multiple roles. In China, the key point which has a great influence on the role realization of University headmaster is whether we can deal with university the relationship between headmaster and party.
