摘要
日本临时教育审议会在 80年代中期提出了“不变”与“变化”思想 ,这实际上指明了指导日本教育改革的原理和方法论。在这一思想指导下 ,日本在 90年代中期以后 ,确定了新的教育目标、课程基准和教育教学方法策略 ,为日本教育的改革与发展奠定了基础 ,指明了方向。
Japanese Rinjikyoikushingikai points out the thought of 'unchangingness'and 'popularity' in the middle of 1980s, which is the guiding principle and methodology of Japanese Education reform. Under the guiding principle, the new educational goal, the standard of curriculum and the method of teaching are determined after the middle of 1990s, which lays a foundation for the reform and development of Japanese education and shows the way forward.
