盐度对鲻鱼表观消化率的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Salinity on the Apparent Digestibilities of Grey Mullet(Mugil Cephalus L)

摘要 以Cr2O3为指示物,设计两组试验测定鲻鱼MugilcephalusL对饲料粗蛋白、氨基酸和总能的表观消化率。第一组鲻鱼的平均体重为9.0g,盐度为5、15和25;第二组鲻鱼平均体重为19.0g,盐度为0,5,10和15。结果表明:1.第一组试验中,鲻鱼对粗蛋白的表观消化率分别为79.8、82.7和82.6%,氨基酸总量的表观消化率分别为83.9、84.4和86.3%。第二组试验中,鲻鱼对粗蛋白的表观消化率分别为77.0、75.4,77.7和78.8%,氨基酸总量的表观消化率分别为79.4、77.3和79.3和80.8%。盐度对粗蛋白和氨基酸总量的表观消化率的影响不显著。2.第一组试验中,鲻鱼对总能的表观消化率分别为50.8、63.5和73.9%,随着盐度的升高而明显增大。 Using Cr2O3 as an indicator,the apparent digestibilities of protein,amino acid and gross energy of diet for grey mullet were determined at different salinities.In experiment Ⅰ,the fish were 9.0 g average weight at 5, 15 and 25,and 19.0 g average weight at 0,5,10 and 15 in experimentⅡ.The results were as follows:①In experiment Ⅰ,the apparent digestibilities of protein were 79.8,82.7and 82.6 % respectively and that of total amino acid were 83.9,84.4and 86.3 % respectively.In experiment Ⅱ,the apparent digestibilities of protein were 77.0,75.4,77.7 and 78.8 % respectively and that of total amino acid were 79.4,77.3, 79.3 and 80.8 % respectively.They had no obvious differences at different salinities.②The apparent digestibilities of gross energy were 50.8,63.5 and 73.9 %respectively.The digestibilities of gross energy increased obviously with salinity increasing
