摘要
综述了近年来鲫鱼营养研究的进展。主要包括:(1)饲料中蛋白质及氨基酸、脂类、碳水化合物及维生素C、胆碱等维生素和钙、磷、镁、碘等矿物元素的适宜含量;(2)不同饲料蛋白源、脂肪源及磷源的消化吸收及糖耐量研究;(3)鱼体必需氨基酸组成及其对氨基酸的行为反应;(4)消化酶的研究。本文还初步拟订了鲫鱼的配合饲料营养标准。
This paper reviews the advances in the nutrition of crucian carp in recent years.The major advancements summarized are:(1)Optimum contents of major nutrients in diets, suitable dietary level of vitamin C, choline and several mineral elements such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iodine.(2)Digestive aspects of different feed resources for protein, lipid and phosphorus; Studies on carbohydrate tolerance.(3)Essential amino acid composition of crucian carp and its behavioral reactions to amino acids.(4) Studies on digestive enzymes.A preliminary standard of nutrients in formula diet for crucian carp is also put forward in this paper.
