摘要
目的 :探讨胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF - 1)与原发性高血压左室肥厚的关系。方法 :原发性高血压 30例 ,正常对照组2 0例 ,两组均采用放射免疫法测定IGF - 1,并做心脏B超检查 ,对两组的结果进行比较。结果 :高血压组中有 2 0例IGF - 1升高 ,2 0例左室肥厚 ,其中 14例同时有IGF - 1升高和左室肥厚 ,与对照组相比有显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :高血压患者血清IGF - 1升高与左室肥厚有明显相关关系 ,IGF -
Objective:To investrigate the relation between insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and left ventricular hypertrophy in the patients with essential hypertension and two groups result were compared.Method:Serum IGF-1 levels were measured by radiaimmuroassay in 30 cases of essential hypertension and in 20 cases normotensive,two group were examined and measured by color Doppler echocardiography.Result:In hypertension group,IGF-1 serum level were higher in 20 cases of essential hypertension,20 cases had left ventricular hypertrophy,14 cases had higher level of IGF-1 and left ventricular hypertrophy compared with those of the normal control group,there were significantly difference(p<0 001).Conclusion:Serum IGF-1 level were higher in essential hypertension and correlated with left ventricular hypertrophy.IGF-1 possibly play a significant role in left ventrocular hypertrophy.
