+G_Z应激对麻醉犬神经肽Y、降钙素基因相关肽含量的影响

摘要 目的 探讨 +GZ应激对麻醉犬血液和心肌组织中神经肽 Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的影响。 方法  10只麻醉犬分为两组 :实验组 (7例 )和对照组 (3例 )。实验组均经受从+1GZ到 +9GZ作用 (+1,+3,+5 ,+7,+9GZ分别作用 6 0 s,间隔 2 0 m in)。取每次 +GZ作用前后1m in动脉血以观察血浆中 NPY、CGRP含量的变化 ,并取 +9GZ加速度作用后心肌组织 ,观察局部组织中 NPY、CGRP含量的改变。对照组不经受 +GZ值作用。 结果  +3,+5和 +7GZ作用后可引起血浆中 CGRP含量的明显升高 ,而 NPY含量直到 +7,+9GZ后才显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 +GZ重复暴露后麻醉犬心肌组织 NPY、CGRP含量较对照组均有明显的升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。而 NPY/ CGRP在+1,+3,+5和 +7GZ加速度作用后较作用前降低 ,在 +9GZ作用后较作用前有明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论  +GZ重复作用可引起麻醉犬分泌 NPY、CGRP的改变。此种改变可能是引起 +GZ应激后心血管功能改变的重要原因之一。 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of +G Z stress on neuropeptide Y and calcitonin gene-related peptides. Methods Ten dogs were divided into two groups: experimental group (n=7) and control group (n=3). Each dog of experimental group were anesthetized and then underwent +G Z exposure from +1 G Z to +9 G Z (experiencing +1, +3, +5, +7, +9 G Z acceleration for 60 s respectively, with 20 min interval in between). Blood samples were collected before and after each +G Z stress for measuring the plasma of NPY and CGRP levels. The concentrations NPY and CGRP in myocardial tissue after +9 G Z were also examined. Control dogs were anesthetized but did not undergo +G Z stress. Results As compared with that before +1 G Z exposure, plasma levels of CGRP after +3 G Z, +5 G Z and +7 G Z were significantly higher, while the plasma NPY levels became significantly higher only after +7 G Z and +9 G Z exposure. The concentrations of NPY and CGRP in myocardial tissue after repeated +G Z exposure were significantly higher than those of controls. The ratios of plasma NPY/CGRP after +1, +3, +5, +7 G Z exposures were lower than those before exposure, but the ratio after +9 G Z exposure was higher than that before exposure. Conclusion +G Z stress can lead the changes of NPY and CGRP secretion in anesthetized dog. It may be one of the major factors inducing the changes of cardiovascular function during +G Z stress.
