摘要
为探讨下体负压下心电图ST-T改变的原因,本研究在-4kPa下体负压下测定了麻醉犬的冠脉血流、主动脉血压、心肌节段张力和心外膜电图。结果表明下体负压导致主动脉血压、冠脉血流和心肌节段张力的明显下降,同时伴有心外膜电图ST段改变。设想下体负压下心电图sT-T改变的原因主要是冠脉血流的下降。
The purpose of this investigation was to explore the cause of ECG ST-T changes to -4kPa lower body negative presure (LBNP) . Epicardiogram, myo-cardial segment tension, aorta blood presure and blood flow in coronary artery were measured in anesthetized dogs during LBNP. The results showed that LBNP led to a significant decrease of blood flow in coronary artery, BP and myocardial segment tension, simultaneously, occurred further more changes of epicardial ST segment. It is suggested that the cause of ECG ST-T changes to LBNP was mainly due to the reduction of blood flow in coronary artery.
