摘要
介绍油气管道漏磁检测的基本原理以及在线检测装置的工作原理和结构。该系统具有检测速度快、效率高等特点 ,对管道维护具有重要的意义。该装置现已投入使用 ,并取得了一些实测数据 ,初步鉴别了某些缺陷 ,取得了一定成效。
The principle of magnetic flux leakage testing of oil and gas pipelines, and the operational principle and structure of the intelligent pipeline magnetic flux leakage tester developed are described. The tester has the advantages of high speed and efficiency. It is of great significance for the maintenance of pipelines. The equipment has been put into usage and actual data have been obtained. Some flaws have been discriminated with the tester and certain success has been achieved.
