摘要
针对起重机钢索在工作时容易出现断丝等问题,采用自动控制技术、计算机等技术,设计了起重机钢索实时检测报警系统.系统对起重机钢索进行无损探伤检测,检测系统能够实现在线实时自动监控,并对钢丝的故障情况做出及时报警,其中,系统传感器采用了磁性无损检测的先进技术.另外,系统能够进行局部损伤评估,并产生相应的评估报告.实验证明,该系统检测准确,操作方便,适合建筑领域起重机的实际需求.
To address the issue that the crane cables’ wires are easily broken in the work real-time detection and alarm system is designed by technology of control and microcomputer.The system can include not only nondestructive monitor but also real-time monitor automatically,and it can give alarms when detecting broken wire.Specially,The system sensor adopts the technology of magnetic detection,without any destruction.Besides,quantitative analysis for local sectional area damage are implemented and reports are given.Experiments show the system is auurale and convenient to operate and can be used in crane run practice.
