摘要
目的观察板蓝根高级不饱和脂肪组酸体内抗肿瘤作用。方法采用S180肉瘤、H22肝癌作为实验瘤株,对S180肉瘤进行抑瘤率研究,对H22腹水型肝癌进行肿瘤生存期试验。结果板蓝根高级不饱和脂肪组酸对小鼠S180肉瘤抑制率略小于环磷酰胺,能延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
Objective: To observe the antitumor action of higher unsaturated fatty acids from Radix Isatis in vivo. Methods: The S180-bearing mouse model was used to observe the tumor-inhibition rate of higher unsaturated fatty acids from Radix Isatidis and the H22-bearing mouse model was used to test the survival time. Results: The tumor-inhibition rate of the unsaturated fatty acids was less than that of cyclophosphane, the difference being not significant(p>0.05). The survival time of H22-bearing mice differed from that of the control (P < 0.05). The unsaturated fatty acids from Radix Isatidis prolonged the survival time of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion: Higher unsaturated fatty acids from Radix Isatidis can inhibit the growth of tumor in vivo.
